Benefit of Private Journaling: Stress Reduction

Create a private online journal just to relieve stress. Have you ever just been so stressed out about school, work, bills, your marriage, your kids or any number of things that almost everyone stresses about? Well, I personally find that private journaling is a wonderful release. Some may call it free-writing. But, honestly there is nothing like just pouring your heart out without even thinking about what you are writing. Just let your mind be free and write. I got carried away the other night and wrote for about an hour just basically “writing on the fly” about whatever came to mind. But, the next day I felt better than I had felt in months.
